Chaja-Perla Dajchesaitė (1922–?) was born in Vilnius. In 1940, she graduated from the private Isaac Leib Peretz Gymnasium with an advanced curriculum in the natural sciences. In the autumn of the same year, she enrolled in a fee-paying place at the Biology Department of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Vilnius University. For this reason, she submitted a detailed statement regarding her financial situation, explaining that her father had died in 1929, that her mother alone supported the family, and that the family owned no large property holdings. The student was exempt from tuition fees. She studied at the university until 19 September 1941, when she was expelled in accordance with an order issued on 17 September 1941 by the Department of Higher Education under the Board of Education, which was subordinate to the National Socialist authorities. No further information on the fate of Chaja-Perla Dajchesaitė is known.
